Born in Taipei, Taiwan, Cynthia Yeh received a bachelor of music performance degree from the University of British Columbia and a master of music performance degree from Temple University in Philadelphia, where she studied with Alan Abel. Yeh joined the Chicago Symphony Orchestra as principal percussion in June 2007.
Dragonfly Percussion Cynthia Yeh Rollers feature padded aluminum handles covered with a faux-fur material delivering full robust tones with minimal attack. They produce seamless rolls without any dynamic. They are heavy enough for substantial fundamental and presence but balanced in a way that makes playing loud, sustained rolls easy.
If you're looking for new mallets to add to your sound healing toolkit, these rollers are great for spiritual healers, sound therapists, yoga instructors, and anyone working with gongs in their mindfulness practice.
