With a small-hard yarn-wrapped head and sturdy wooden handle, this mallet provides fast attack. With a gentle tap, it will bring you clean, deep notes with fast response. The Mike Tamburo Medium Gong Mallet (MTM) is constructed of a weighted wooden ball on a slim tapered maple handle. The mallet head is wrapped in layers of thick felt and foam and soft sherpa.
