Paiste Gong Mallets are like the perfect partner: Soft and yielding when you need them to be, hard and honest when it is required. (Yes, it is true, we've had a couple of gong players ask us if we would perform at the wedding between them and their Paiste Gong Mallet!) Paiste makes these sweet mallets by wrapping a heavy plastic piece with felt and cloth. Then, they cover that with synthetic lambswool.

Paiste recommends this M5 mallet for 26" - 32" Symphonic gongs and 26" - 32" Planet gongs.

Born in Taipei, Taiwan, Cynthia Yeh received a bachelor of music performance degree from the University of British Columbia and a master of music performance degree from Temple University in Philadelphia, where she studied with Alan Abel. Yeh joined the Chicago Symphony Orchestra as principal percussion in June 2007.

Dragonfly Percussion Cynthia Yeh Rollers feature padded aluminum handles covered with a faux-fur material delivering full robust tones with minimal attack.
