This Set of 4 Chinese Bao Gongs creates clean, clear, bright tones, similar to a bell-tone. In fact, "Bao" means bell. The combination of a raised nipple in the center and a thick rim off the edge of the gong creates a focused tone, perfect for holding a specific tuned note.

These gongs are hand-tuned in China and we've collected them in sets, perfect for musicians looking to fit their gongs into a certain key for a specific piece of music. But they're also great for sound therapists and spiritual healers looking to add a new, unique element to their toolkit.
