This gong does not come with a mallet. We recommend Ollihess L460. For whale sounds, try the Ollihess Lava Friction Mallet (60 mm).

Note: Each of these gongs are unique. Once each one has sold, we won't get another exactly like it, but we will eventually get more of that size and style. Each of these gongs are completely handmade. Because of this, they will have an artisanal quality to them and may have finger prints or small markings from the creation process. Grotta Sonora created their Deep Series with a deeper, thicker rim than their other styles. The presence of a prominent rim helps to focus and accentuate the overall sound of the gong, creating a deep, focused fundamental tone with long sustain and strong presence.
