We are ready to help.
Please take a moment to read below what we need to make you a wonderful custom gong.
- If you know your preferred gong size and style ahead of time, let us know. However, many people don’t. If you're not sure, we are happy to give recommendations after we see your design and hear your plans for the gong. We can also recommend a gong stand and mallets.
- Please send us an email with the text or image if you have a design you would like on the gong – (for images EPS or SVG format are best). If you don't have the image in those formats, we can try to work with what you have.
- Tell us if you have a specific font for text. If you need font recommendations, we can help. Please avoid fonts with fine lines or ornate details as they do not work well.
- IMPORTANT - If your design or image is trademarked, and it is not your business, we require a permission letter from the owner of the trademark to use that design. We cannot just engrave the logo of your favorite sports team or pop star.
- Art proofing is included in the process at no additional cost after placing an order. HOWEVER - if you require art in advance before you can place the order, if there is a committee that needs to decide, then there is a non-refundable fee of $70.
- We will turn your artwork into an art proof, that will show how it will look on the gong, which we send to you for review. This is the time to make any changes to the design. Once the final design is confirmed, we start customizing your gong and we ship as soon as it's ready.

- PLAN AHEAD - Avoid rush orders. Rush orders are subject to additional charge. Please keep in mind that some rush requests can't be met. We cannot do overnight engravings.
- Please allow 3 to 5 weeks for your order. If you have a deadline, please provide the event date you are working with when starting the quote process.
