Gift Cards FAQ

Q1: Can I send a gift card directly to the recipient?

A1: Yes, you can. Just input the card recipient's email address as the contact info at the checkout.

HOWEVER, PLEASE NOTE: If you do this, the order confirmation and the receipt emails will also go to the recipient.  WE RECOMMEND that you have the gift card sent to your email and you either forward the specific gift card email to the recipient. Or, of course, print it out, put it in a pretty envelope and give it to them with a hug!

Q2: Are there any extra fees to me when I buy a gift card?

A2: No, our gift cards have no additional processing fees.

Q3: Can I buy a gift card with the different amount than you offer?

A3: No, sorry. Due to how this magical software works, we can we only offer preset amounts.

Q4: Can a gift card be used more than once?

A4: Yes, it can. It has to have a balance remaining on it, of course. If the card has a zero balance, you cannot add to it. You have to purchase a new card.

Q5: Can more than one gift card be used toward a purchase?

A5: Yes, you can redeem two or more gift cards during checkout.

Q6: How do I check the balance?

A6: If you are the one who purchased the gift card and have an account with us, you can check the balance by using the link provided in the gift card email. But you have to have an account to check. But have no fear, if you don't have an account with us, you can check the remaining balance by contacting us.

Q7: Can a gift card be used to pay for shipping and taxes?

A7: Yes, gift cards are applied to the final order total which includes shipping and any taxes in USA. (PLEASE NOTE: Gift cards cannot be used for customs duties or taxes on international orders as those fees are assigned by your country when you receive the items.)

Q8: Can gift cards be used in conjunction with a discount code?

A8: Yes, you can. Gift cards are a form of payment.

Q9: I don't have enough balance on my gift card to buy what I want. Can I pay for the rest with PayPal or my credit card?

A9: Yes, you can. If the balance on the gift card is less than the order total, you can choose a second payment method for the balance.
