Q. Can I pay in currencies other than US Dollars?☟

A. Yes, if you are in one of the nations/regions below, our store should automatically convert our USD pricing to your currency, and you can purchase our gongs with it. No calculator needed!

Q. How do I make my payment from another country but using US Dollar? I am in Singapore and your store is showing me pricing in SGD, but I have funds in USD that I want to use.☟

A. You can simply change the currency from the currency selector at the top right corner of our store.

Q. How much will it cost to ship to my country? ☟

A. For the most part, it is very easy. Just place the items you want to purchase into your shopping cart. A pop-up window will appear and you can enter your nation and city/postal code and get the shipping price.

With one or two items, this calculator is highly accurate. However, if you are purchasing many items at once, like 6 mallets, or 4 gong stands, or 12 gongs all different sizes, you might want to email us with the exact items you want and your exact shipping address and we can see if we can pack them all better than our software thinks we can.

PLEASE DO NOT ASK US TO MANUALLY CALCULATE YOUR SHIPPING COST IF YOU ARE JUST BUYING ONE OR TWO ITEMS.

Then the shipping calculator is accurate. Gongs that are 90cm/36 inches and larger in diameter often need their ship cost calculated manually by us for international shipments. Even the pop-out window says the shipping cost needs to be calculated manually.

If you are ready to purchase a large gong and have it shipped to your country, please email us with the exact items you want and your exact shipping address and we can determine ship cost.

Q. Should I choose a postal service or a courier?☟

A. We highly recommend choosing our FedEx International option or UPS International option vs. the US Priority Mail option which is then passed on to your national mail service. To most countries, FedEx is the safer way to ship, as it stays within the Fedex system, versus going from one nation's postal system to other nations.

It also takes less time, and if the item is lost or damaged, FedEx and UPS insurance is fast to respond; the postal systems refuse to help. FedEx tracking is much better too.

Exceptions exist to the note above. Japan has a postal system that abhors losing packages. Canada has a postal system, that when not on strike, is very good. But we have had problems with many other countries.

Q. What are the international taxes, duties, etc. that I have to pay?☟

A. We do not know what the cost of the duties and taxes will be. Each nation has different rules and percentages. And the type of product can have less or more duties depending on the country. Our shipping cost is only for the price of shipping. It does not include any taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence.

There are too many variables for us to be certain about the calculations. Once the package arrives, you will be contacted by the shipping company to pay any taxes and duties, if needed.
