You will stay logged in unless you manually log out or clear your browser's cache.
Enter your email address, and a six-digit code will be sent to you via email.
Type in the email address associated with your account to receive the code.
Enter the six-digit security code received in the email into the provided space on the login page.
Upon successful login, you will see wholesale prices on all items on the website.
Have the price lists for both stores handy to confirm pricing: Gongs.xyz and priceofbowls.xyz.
Alternatively, you can view retail prices by opening the websites in a browser where you are not logged into your account.
Add desired items to your cart.
The shipping calculator will provide an estimate of shipping costs, which may change due to global events.
Click "Checkout" when you have added all items.
Enter shipping information and select a shipping method.
Provide the recipient's name in the "Attention" section.
Your preferred shipping company and speed will not change, but shipping costs may vary.
In the "Payment" section, choose "CHOOSE PAYMENT METHOD LATER".
You are now able to add credit card information to your order, but doing this does not count as payment for your order! This just stores your card information safely and it can be used as your payment method if you decide. You will receive an invoice with payment instructions which directs to contact us if you would like to use your card so we can add the 3% fee to your order
if you would like us to go ahead and charge your card on file with the 3% fee each time you submit an order, please email separately to announce you'd like to proceed this way.
To add items from Unlimited Singing Bowls when ordering from Gongs Unlimited, indicate in the "PO number" box and email info@gongs-unlimited.com with the items and quantities.
Review your order, including estimated shipping costs, before submitting.
Taxes are not charged; ignore the "Estimated Taxes" portion of the order summary.
After submission, you will receive a confirmation page. I will review your order and push it through our system.
You will receive two emails.
The first confirms your order and will come in titled "Order #00000 Confirmed".
This removes the items in the order from inventory, thus reserving them for you, and changes the identification number on the order from a four digit number with a D in the front (#D0000) to a six digit number (#00000).
You will get a second email after this confirmation titled "Invoice from Gongs Unlimited" with your total invoice, information about the types of payments we collect, and a payment link.
If you are paying with card, PayPal, or another payment method we accept on our site, click on the payment link.
If you are paying via Zelle, Venmo, or Bank Wire Transfer, go to the platform through which you submit these payment types.
We accept the following methods of payment:
PayPal/Credit Card payment – Your invoice is set up for a PayPal or Credit Card payment. If you would like to pay this way, you may do so by clicking on the golden “Complete your purchase” button. Includes a 3% electronic payment fee.

Zelle - Our account is under our email address info@gongs-unlimited.com
Check - Made out to Gongs Unlimited and sent to our address: 4930 N 57th St. Lincoln, NE. Please email us a photo of the check or a copy of the receipt send date if you are using this route
Bank Wire Transfer - Please reach out and I will give you our banking details (This involves a large fee, so best only to do when you have a very large bill.)
Venmo - Our venmo account is under @gongsunlimitedstore. Please include an additional 2% to cover venmo fees
Log out, then log back in via https://accounts.gongs-unlimited.com/
Clear your browser's cache, then log back in via https://accounts.gongs-unlimited.com/
Open a private window in your browser OR open a new window in a different web browser and then log back in via https://accounts.gongs-unlimited.com/
