WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
Most items can be returned as long as they are able to be sold again as new.
However, we do NOT accept returns on Friction Mallets/Flumies.
(Once they’ve been used, they can't be resold as new.)
After your return is received and processed, we refund your purchase price minus a 5% fee. This covers restocking and payment processing costs.
We do not refund shipping costs. Any applicable portion of sales tax is automatically refunded as well.
If you’re returning something because it didn’t meet your needs or aesthetics, you have to pay the return shipping cost.
PLEASE NOTE: If we sent you the wrong item by mistake, or there’s a product issue, we’ll make it right as fast and best as we can and cover return shipping to us.
WHAT IF MY ITEM WAS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT?
If your order shows up with damage, please save the box, the packing materials and the item. Please immediately take photos of:
Email us the photos and a description of the damage as soon as possible. Different carriers have different claim rules, and some need it quicker than others.
WAS MY DAMAGED ITEM INSURED?
Every order we ship is insured for both loss and damage while in transit to you.
If something goes wrong, we’ll file a claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf.
Please follow the instructions we describe in the "WHAT IF MY ITEM WAS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT?" section above.
After we get all your photos and info, this process typically takes 24–48 hours for us to get a response from the carrier, and it may take up to two to three weeks to resolve.
IS THERE A FASTER WAY TO GET INSURANCE CLAIMS DONE?
We do our best to make the shipping process smooth for you, but once a package leaves our hands, it's in the carrier’s control—and they’re not always the fastest or most predictable, or easy to get claims approved.
That’s why we offer you the option of purchasing coverage through ROUTE at checkout.
ROUTE is a trusted package protection service that helps cover lost, stolen, or damaged items.
If something goes wrong, their streamlined claims process is quicker and more straightforward than dealing with us dealing with the shipping carrier and all the back and forth.
