This album consists of a constant hum with moderate crescendos and decrescendos. There are other instruments mixed into the hum but they are subtle and not the focus of the music. Much like white noise, the hum is soft and not overbearing but relaxing in its continuity, perfect for relaxing the body and mind into deep continuity.
