HOW AND WHEN DO YOU SHIP?

We want to ship to you the best and fastest way possible. Most of our items ship directly to you from The Gongs Unlimited Party Warehouse in Nebraska. Order before 1 pm CST and we can usually ship that day. Orders after 1 pm CST and will most likely ship the next day. Orders placed over the weekend are typically shipped on Monday, though occasionally they may go out on Tuesday.

We ship via FedEx, UPS, and the United States Postal Service. You can choose your preferred shipping method at checkout.

Please note: Orders sent via USPS Ground Advantage can sometimes take up to two weeks to arrive.




WHAT IF I NEED FASTER SHIPPING?

If you need your items faster (not quite pizza delivery fast, but close), you can upgrade to 3-Day, 2-Day or Overnight shipping. Yes, these options can cost more, especially with big items. To help you decide, our shipping prices appear once you place your items into the shopping cart, but BEFORE you get to checkout.

Please place any OVERNIGHT, 2-DAY or 3-DAY orders before 1pm CST to ensure we ship it that day. Orders placed after that cannot be guaranteed that they will get out that day.

Better yet—email us first to make sure we can make it happen. We want to help you get your items on time. Don’t just call—email too!





WHY AM I MISSING A BOX?

Unless we mess up packing, it is because you have ordered items that require more than one box to ship. It is a Multiple Package Shipment. This is when your order is shipped in two or more boxes that have separate shipping labels.

This often happens with larger or bundled items—for example, if you order a gong and a stand, they’ll often ship in separate boxes.

Even though your packages leave our warehouse at the same time, carriers handle each box individually and one can end up on a different truck because the first one was full, so one box might arrive on a different day.

If one shows up first, the others should be close behind.




DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes we do! We ship almost everywhere on the globe. And you can use our shopping cart to calculate shipping to anywhere UPS or FedEx delivers.

How? Just place the items you want to purchase into the cart and then a pop-out window appears that you can use to determine your ship cost before ordering.

WHAT IF MY ITEM WAS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT?

If your order shows up with damage, please save the box, the packing materials and the item. Please immediately take photos of:

  • The damaged item
  • The packing materials
  • The shipping box (including labels)

Email us the photos and a description of the damage as soon as possible. Different carriers have different claim rules, and some need it quicker than others.




ARE MY ITEMS INSURED FOR LOSS AND DAMAGE?

Yes, your orders are automatically covered for loss or damage while in transit. (And no, you can't waive the protection.)

If something is damaged, contact us immediately and follow the directions below.

If your order shows up with damage, please save the box, the packing materials and the item. Please immediately take photos of:

  • The damaged item
  • The packing materials
  • The shipping box (including labels)

Email us the photos and a description of the damage as soon as possible. Different carriers have different claim rules, and some need it quicker than others.

After we get all that info, we file a claim with the shipping carrier. This process typically takes 24–48 hours just to get a response from them and sometimes they want more info, and it may take two to three weeks to resolve.




IS THERE A BETTER INSURANCE THAN WHAT UPS OR FEDEX OFFER?

We do our best to make the shipping process smooth for you, but once a package leaves our hands, it's in the carrier’s control—and they’re not always the fastest or most predictable, or easy to get claims approved.

That’s why we offer you the option of purchasing coverage through ROUTE at checkout.

ROUTE is a trusted package protection service that helps cover lost, stolen, or damaged items.

If something goes wrong, their streamlined claims process is quicker and more straightforward than dealing with us dealing with the shipping carrier and all the back and forth.
