International Customers - We Make It Easy For You

Hello to all our customers around the globe!
We love you and we want to help make the shopping and shipping experience from the USA to wherever you are as easy as possible.
We know that it can be intimidating to shop from a store in a different country.
Please see below some of the many things we offer to help you pay for your items easily, and get them to you safely.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Customer Responsibility: It is your responsibility to provide 100% accurate shipping and contact information at the time of order. If you have been issued a TAX ID number or similar from your government, please provide it with your order.

Post-Order Changes: Modifying the address or changing the commercial invoice after an order has shipped is difficult to implement and will incur additional administrative fees.

Return Costs: Any international orders returned to us are subject to return shipping charges, as well as all applicable customs charges, duties, and fees.

Processing Period for Returns: Once received by us, returned packages will be held for a period of 3–4 weeks before any action (such as refunds or re-shipping) is taken. This allows time for us to receive a full accounting of all fees from the shipping company and customs offices associated with the abandoned or returned shipment before the account is settled.

TAXES & DUTIES

Our shipping cost is only for the price of shipping. It does not include any taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence. There are too many variables for us to be certain about the calculations. Once the package arrives, you will be contacted by the shipping company to pay any taxes and duties, if needed.

We do not know what the cost of the duties and taxes will be. Each nation has different rules and percentages. And the type of product can have less or more duties depending on the country.

PAYMENT CURRENCY

Thank the Gods of E-Commerce, now many of you can pay for gongs in your own currency. If you are in one of the nations/regions accepted, our store should automatically convert our USD pricing to your currency, and you can purchase our gongs with it. No calculator needed!

PAYMENT CURRENCY FAQ:

Q1. Do you only support the currencies in the currency converter above?
A1. Yes, presently these are the only currencies our store supports. When our e-commerce platform provider expands the choices, we will offer them to you.

Q2. I am in Singapore and your store is showing me pricing in SGD, but I have funds in USD that I want to use. How do I make my payment from another country but using US Dollar?
A2. You can simply change the currency from the currency selector at the top right corner of our store.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Want to know the cost of shipping to your country?

For the most part, it is very easy. Just place the items you want to purchase into your shopping cart. A pop-up window will appear and you can enter your nation and city/postal code and get the shipping price.

With one or two items, this calculator is highly accurate. However, if you are purchasing many items at once, like 6 mallets, or 12 gongs all different sizes, you might want to email us with the exact items you want and your exact shipping address and we can see if we can pack them all better than our software thinks we can.

PLEASE DO NOT ASK US TO MANUALLY CALCULATE YOUR SHIPPING COST IF YOU ARE JUST BUYING ONE OR TWO ITEMS. Then the shipping calculator is accurate.

Postal vs Couriers

We highly recommend choosing our FedEx International and UPS International option vs. the US Priority Mail option which is then passed on to your national mail service. To most countries, FedEx or UPS is the safer way to ship, as it stays within the Fedex or UPS system, versus going from one nation's postal system to other nations.

It also takes less time, and if the item is lost or damaged, FedEx and UPS insurance is fast to respond; the postal systems refuse to help. FedEx and UPS tracking is much better too.

Exceptions exist to the note above. Japan has a postal system that abhors losing packages. But we have had problems with many other countries.
