GONG SHIPPING:
We want to ship to you the best and fastest way possible. Order before 1 pm CST and we can usually ship that day. Order after 1 pm CST and we will most likely ship the next day. Order on the weekend and we will ship on Monday.
We ship via Fedex, UPS and United States Postal Service.
You can choose the type of shipping you want when you order. Most gongs are best shipped via Fedex or UPS. This has to do with the size and weight of the box. Mallets, when shipped alone, often go via US Postal.
We've heard you implore us thousands of times: "Can I get Free Shipping?!" WE WISH WE COULD, BUT PLEASE NOTE: The concept of Free Shipping is just that, a concept. Someone has to pay for the shipping somewhere. For example, you can get Free Shipping on our items that are sold on Amazon, but in reality, the shipping cost is added into the item price, and so you are still paying for shipping, it is just hidden from your view, built into the item cost. That's the way... of the World...
DAMAGE FROM SHIPPING?
We wrap and protect your gong and accessories like they were our infant child, all swaddled in soft bubble wrap and cute paper in a strong cardboard box.
If you have any problems with damage upon receiving your item, immediately take photos of the box, and the packing materials, and the damage to item, and contact us. Please save the packing materials. Will need photos of the damaged item as well as the packaging. Different carriers have different requirements for damage claims. Once you contact us we will ask for specific photos. To put in a claim, we need those photos!
FAST SHIPPING:
If you need it faster, you can get it faster (not pizza delivery fast or Doordash fast, but pretty darn fast; overnight even). 2-Day or Overnight Speed can cost a lot more, especially with BIG gongs.
To guarantee you get your order as fast as you want, without problems, we ask you to please place any OVERNIGHT or 2-DAY orders before 1pm CST or they will not ship from us until the next business day.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
You can use our shopping cart to calculate shipping costs anywhere that UPS or FedEx delivers.
That will be the shipping costs, NOT the DUTIES TAX or CUSTOMS BROKER!!

OUR RETURN POLICY:
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
On MOST OF THE ITEMS we sell, but NOT ALL, you can return the item to us, and as long as it is in shape to resell as new, we will refund your purchase price, less 5% fee, which covers restocking and payment processor fees.
Please be aware: WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON FRICTION MALLETS/FLUMIES due to the fact after they have been used, they cannot be sold as new.
Unless you damaged it. Or messed it up bad. Then talk to us. The refund may be less than 5%.
On a return because you do not like an item, versus a mistake on our part, Gongs Unlimited does not pay return shipping costs, nor do we refund your initial shipping cost that was from us to you.
However, if your return is due to our mess-up, or a quality problem, then we would pay shipping costs back to our main office.
If any item was damaged in shipping, contact us immediately, as that is a different issue and involves us reaching out and making claim with the shipping company.
