We want to ship to you the best and fastest way possible. Order before 2 pm CST and we usually ship that day. Order after 2 pm CST and we usually ship the next day. Order on the weekend and we ship Monday.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
We mostly ship via Fedex and USPS Priority Mail.
You can choose the type of shipping you want when you order. Most gongs are best shipped via Fedex Ground/Home Delivery. This has to do with the size and weight of the box. It the is best price. Mallets by themselves often go via USPS.
(SIDE NOTE: The concept of Free Shipping is just that, a concept. Someone has to pay for the shipping somewhere. For example, you can get Free Shipping on our items that are sold on Ebay, but in reality, the shipping cost is shoved into the item price, and so you are still paying for shipping, it is just hidden from your view.)
If you need it faster, you can get it faster (not pizza delivery fast or UberEats fast, but pretty fast; overnight even). FedEx 2-Day or Overnight can cost a lot more, especially with BIG gongs.
To guarantee you get your order as fast as you want, without problems, we ask you to please place any OVERNIGHT or 2-DAY orders before 3pm CST or they will not ship from us until the next business day.
If you have a next-day overnight shipping emergency outside of our standard shipping hours (after 3 pm CST), you will need to call us (402-474-GONG) to see if we can make it happen. It depends on the item, the availability and if we are able to pack and drive it to FedEx before they close.

BUT PLEASE NOTE - GONGS 36 inches and greater in diameter often need to be calculated by us manually for international shipments, due to their larger size. Email us when you are interested in a larger sized gong to be shipped to a different country than the USA.

DAMAGE FROM SHIPPING?
We wrap and protect your gong and accessories like they were our infant child, all swaddled in soft bubble wrap and cute paper in a strong cardboard box. Because we know what it's is like once your gong leaves us. As Cat Stevens sang, "Ooh baby, it's a wild world. It's hard to get by just upon a gong." Those shipping companies' conveyor belts, trucks and uncaring employees can be a lot of bad, so just beware.
If you have any problems with damage, contact us immediately with photos and description of damage.
OUR RETURN GONG POLICY:
On MOST OF THE ITEMS we sell, you can return the item to us, and as long as it is in good shape, we will refund your purchase price, less 5% fee, which covers all the credit card or PayPal fees.
Unless you damaged it. Or messed it up bad. Then talk to us.
On a return because you do not like an item, versus a mistake on our part, Gongs Unlimited does not pay return shipping costs, nor do we refund your initial shipping cost that was from us to you.
However, if your return is due to our mess-up, or quality problem, then we would pay shipping costs back to our main office.
If any item was damaged in shipping, contact us immediately, as that is a different issue and involves us reaching out and making claim with the shipping company.
